The Dinky 20 Ton Lorry Mounted Crane Coles.
Made from May 1955 until 1968. Supplied in a blue striped Dinky Supertoys Box crank operated jib and hook and 360 degree rotation. Released May 1955. The price in April 1958 was 17/6 when it was advertised in Meccano Magazine. Advertised in the August 1958 Meccano Magazine for 16/6. Sold for 18/6 in 1959.
Thr real vehicle was powered was diesel electric. Wheel based 6x4. The original price was 17/6 . It was available in yellow & orange finish at 1:48 scale. Released as Dinky 972 in 1955 withdrawn as Dinky 972 in 1968.
