The French Dinky Studebaker Breakdown Truck. New in the 1949 French Dinky catalogue, red metal wheels and a lattice crane characterised the Studebaker depannage (breakdown truck). Costing 200fr, almost 4/-, and based on the Studebaker pick-up truck, rubber tyres replaced the metal wheels during 1950. The smooth sides of the pick-up provided the space for advertising 'Dinky Service'. A Ford depannage with crane (25 RF/1) replaced the Studebaker in April 1954. The original price was 200fr . It was available in red finish. Released as French Dinky 25R in 1949 withdrawn as French Dinky 25R in 1954.
