The Dinky Berliet Turntable fire escape. 7 3/4in long and the ladder extended 14 3/4 in. Shown in Dinky catalogue No 6 May 1970 for 19/11. The previous Bedford version was replaced by this one, the French Berliet 568 renumbered 956 with different wheel hubs and different colours. As follows:- Metallic red with white back, white interior; Metallic red with white back, white interior, "Falck" issue; Red with black back, white interior; Red or metallic red ? with silver back, white interior. The original price was 13/6 . It was available in red finish. Released as Dinky 956 in 1958 withdrawn as Dinky 956 in 1969.
