Details of Dinky 25x Commer Break Down Lorry
The Dinky Commer Break Down Lorry. Launched September 1950 with a price of 5/6. Price raised to 5/7 in April 51 and 6/6 in February 52 then reduced to 5/9 in March 53 and 5/6 on 15 April 53, but in September 53 price went down to 4/11. Renumbered 430 March 54. "DINKY SERVICE" always white on 25x & black on 430. The aperture for crane handle was deleted 1957. Windows were added in 1961 and last produced in 1963. The original price was 4/11 . It was available in grey & blue, tan & green, tan & blue finish. Released as Dinky 25x in 1950 withdrawn as Dinky 25x in 1963.
