The Matchbox Safari Land Rover. This was a transitional model produced with both regular and Superfast wheels. The gold finish is rare. Shown in the 1969 matchbox catalogue for 2/4. The original price was 2/4 . It was available in gold, light blue, dark green finish. Released as Matchbox 12C in 1965 withdrawn as Matchbox 12C in 1971.
