Details of Dinky 340 Land Rover
The Dinky Land Rover. Released in April 1950 at 3/9 in orange with a dark blue interior and red hubs. A Green version with tan interior was released shortly afterwards. The interior of orange variant changed to dark green in 1951. In March 1954 it was renumbered from 29h priced 4/1. In June 1955 it cost 4/4, June 1956 4/6 and May 1959 4/5. It was shown at 4/9 on the February 1961 Dinky UK price list. In May 1961 it was priced at 4/9 then in May 1962 4/11 and July 1966 increased to 5/-. In 1968 it cost 4/11 and finally in May 1969 5/11. The original price was 3/9 . It was available in orange/blue, green/tan, blue/cream, olive green/cream finish at 1:46 scale. Released as Dinky 340 in 1950
