Details of Dinky 189 Triumph Herald
The Dinky Triumph Herald. Released May 1959 at 3/3. Increased in price to 3/4 by May 1962 until it was deleted in 1963. Last appeared in the July 1963 catalogue. A number of colour variations were produced for the Triumph Company as a promotional sales item. The release was almost simultaneous with the introduction of the real car on which it was modelled. It was one of the first Dinkys fitted with suspension. The original price was 3/3 . It was available in green/white, light blue/white, red finish at 1:46 scale. Released as Dinky 189 in 1959 withdrawn as Dinky 189 in 1963.
