Details of Dinky 405 Universal Jeep
The Dinky Universal Jeep. Released August 1952 in red or dark green, at 4/4. In September 1953 it cost 3/3. Shown at 3/3 on the February 1961 Dinky UK price list. In May 1962 3/9, January 1964 3/11 and July 1966, last year of production 4/-, 4d below the price 14 years before. In 1966 the only colour scheme was orange with red plastic hubs. Was renumbered from 25y. The original price was 3/3 . It was available in green, red, orange finish at 1:43 scale. Released as Dinky 405 in 1952 withdrawn as Dinky 405 in 1966.
