The tanker in real life
The Dinky Petrol Tanker Castrol. Studebaker. Shown in the Dec. 1954 Meccano magazine. In August 1955 the cost was 2/10. The original price was 2/8 . It was available in green finish at 1:50 scale. Released as Dinky 441 in 1954 withdrawn as Dinky 441 in 1960.
