The French Dinky Citroen Dyane. Both French and Spanish versions made from 1968 to 1971.

This model is exceptional good detailed (even with a well-placed & well-detailed fuel intake at the rear right). Dinky used several types of boxes. Box included on 2 sides – in the black part – data about motor of Dyane in real life. Language on box is French. There are different number plates between French and Spanish made versions, but there are also models without plates. In the Spanish version the model’s name "Dyane" is placed in the bonnet and also placed in the inside plastic roof. The base has different size lettering: ‘DYANE’ and followed by ‘CITROEN’ {so not: CITROËN DYANE as expected. There is also a different size between: ‘DINKY’ an ‘Toys’ ; The engraved technical and dating mentions have disappeared on the Spanish base plate; the inside rear red wheels-casts are bigger on the Spanish version. The marking "Meccano Triang" on the French issue changed on the Spanish version to: "MECCANO france s.a.”. The Spanish-made – by ‘Pilen-factory’ [??] – Dyane has tires with “Dunlop” on the sides. Finaly between the engine front and the front grill there is no space – so made as one peace – in this Spanish version and the Spanish model may not have included luggage. It was finished in orange, grey, white at 1:43 scale. Released as French Dinky 1413 in 1968 withdrawn as French Dinky 1413 in 1971.
