The Tekno Hyster Fork Lift It is a genuine ‘Hyster’ truck conforming to the ‘H80C’ model. It was complicated to build, given the lifting mechanism by means of sturdy chains (instead of simple strings as with Dinky Toys) and the product had to last a long time. It came out in the fall of 1963 and got a lot of attention from Tekno. It remained in production until 1969. There were quite a few commercials and advertisements in different places, so it was a product that Tekno proudly presented. There are two chains to raise the fork. The lifting mechanism itself consists of three parts. An external part, which is often painted yellow. The inner part is blank / unpainted. It has two inner grooves in which the inner movable part of the winch is guided. The fork is painted black. The model has never received a roll bar. The truck is 109 mm long, 34 / 39 mm wide and consists of 36 individual parts. This model had a blue-clad driver on the seat as standard.
