The Scottoy Fiat 500.
S1 had a Mercury type base with Mercury removed. Some were made with chrome base. The base was riveted except for the last 60/70. Series 2 was slightly smaller and always with Scottoy screw base. Some had a Blue Ribbon decorated by Dr. Pezzini for modelauto UK. The dark blue 2004 version sold only in Mercury box with a Scottoy decal.
