The Tootsietoy Oil tank Car. Models from 1939-1941 have white rubber wheels, models after 1947 have black rubber wheels. Some have a SINCLAIR stamp, or with Sinclair logo sticker, and some rare ones no logo. The three versions have number 9853 stamped laterally. It was available in silver & red-orange finish.
