The Tootsietoy Pennsylvania locomotive. Models from 1939-1941 have white rubber wheels, and the smoke-stack with hole, models made after 1947 have black rubber wheels, and the smoke-stack is not detailed. Tender with Pennsylvania logo. It was available in copper, black, silver-tan finish.
