Details of Dinky 170 Ford Fordor
The Dinky Ford Fordor. renumbered from 139a. Shown inside the front cover of the September 1956 Meccano Magazine. There are at least 14 variations to this model including 3 different castings. The lettering on the baseplate for No 170 is larger than the older 139a. The model is 4 inches long. The original price was 2/9 . It was available in red, green, brown finish at 1:43 scale. Released as Dinky 170 in 1956 withdrawn as Dinky 170 in 1959.
