Details of Dinky 193 Rambler Cross Country Station Wagon
The Dinky Rambler Cross Country Station Wagon. Released in July 1961 with red interior. Illustrated on the back cover of the July and September 1961 Meccano Magazines for 6/3. In May 1962 the price was 6/5 and in January 1964 5/11. By July 1966 it had increased to 6/- and again to 6/3 in 1968, its last year of production. One picture shows rare off-white interior produced for a very short period and aimed at the South African market. The original price was 6/3 . It was available in yellow/white roof, lilac finish at 1:48 scale. Released as Dinky 193 in 1961 withdrawn as Dinky 193 in 1968.
