The Dinky AEC Single Deck Bus. The MBA-types could carry 25 seated and 48 standing passengers.

MBA type means: dual door with turnstile payment for use on Red Arrow services.

Research of details shows this model to be a ‘Merlin’ type.

A shorter bus was the ‘Swift’ - MBA (L=33-foot 5in. = 10m1). It was available in met red, red, green finish at 1:70 scale. Released as Dinky 283 in 1971 withdrawn as Dinky 283 in 1977.
